At Bezac Designs, we ensure reliable and timely delivery for all your orders. Please review our shipping process for domestic and international purchases below:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within India)
● Bezac Designs offers pan-India delivery.
● Orders are dispatched within 4-8 working days via trusted courier partners.
● Once your order is shipped, we’ll share the tracking ID (airway bill/docket number) via email so you can follow your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside India)
● All international orders are processed within 6-12 working days and shipped through premium global couriers.
● After dispatch, you’ll receive the tracking information and courier details via email.
● Bezac Designs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or if the recipient is unavailable during delivery.
● Customs duties, VAT, or import charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery (if applicable).

REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE (RAS)
● If your international shipping address falls under the carrier’s “remote area” category, an additional Remote Area Surcharge may apply.
● This surcharge will be communicated to you before shipment and must be paid on our website within 3 days.
● Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your order.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
● Any customs fees, import taxes, or clearance charges will be borne by the buyer.
● Please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
● Bezac Designs is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
