Refund policy

To make your return or refund process as seamless as possible, please review the following guidelines:

● Kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you'd like to initiate a return or refund as no product return will be initiated without prior written communication via email from the customer.
● Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify the condition of the product upon delivery.
● Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
● A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any claims.
● Return requests must be made within 7 days of shipment. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
● Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
● Any damage, stains, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a clear image for verification.
● Exchanges will only be accepted for damaged products.
● Refunds will not be issued for non-damaged or correctly delivered products.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
● Pre-ordered products
● Discounted or sale items
● Sarees with custom blouse stitching, fall & pico
● Kurtis customized with stitching

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
● You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your return and its approval status.
● If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days.

EXCHANGES
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

● Return shipping fees are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
● For orders over ₹2000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or adding shipping insurance.
● Bezac Designs is not responsible for returned items lost in transit without tracking.
